Using a precision material mixing system, we create a rubber composite material with precisely adjusted elasticity, density and texture, achieving a scientific balance between cushioning and support, and providing customized solutions for different practice needs.
Anti-slip texture technology
According to the texture requirements (such as honeycomb pattern, wave pattern), use CNC or laser engraving technology to make metal molds. The mesh cloth substrate (such as TPE, PVC or natural rubber) is heated to the softening temperature, and then the softened material is fed into the mold, and high pressure is applied for 3-10 seconds to fix the texture. Rapid cooling (water cooling or air cooling) fixes the texture structure to prevent rebound deformation.
Environmental friendly process, healthy and safe
Use high temperature lamination without any glue to eliminate harmful volatiles from the source.Water-saving dyeing solution, water-based dye system reduces water consumption compared to traditional processes, while presenting high saturation and uniform color performance
